Service

Fixture.cc provides free tools for generating and sharing fixtures, brackets, standings, public pages, QR codes, and embed widgets. The service is provided as is and may change over time.

Registration payment relationship

A paid registration is a transaction solely between the participant and the organiser. The organiser is the seller, merchant of record, and provider of the competition or event. Fixture.cc provides registration software and a technical connection to Stripe; it is not a party to the transaction, does not act as the organiser's agent or partner, and does not organise, control, endorse, or guarantee the competition or event. Stripe processes the payment through the organiser's connected Stripe account. Fixture.cc does not hold the registration proceeds and receives only the disclosed platform fee.

Organiser payment responsibilities

The organiser alone sets the registration price and is responsible for accurate event information, eligibility and admission decisions, delivering the competition or event, customer support, receipts and invoices, taxes, legal and regulatory compliance, cancellations and postponements, its refund policy and all refunds, fraud, claims, chargebacks, and payment disputes. The organiser must provide participants with its identity, contact details, and any terms, cancellation rights, or other information required by law. The organiser must monitor and manage its connected Stripe account, respond to disputes on time, provide supporting evidence, and pay any refunds, disputed amounts, negative balances, or fees charged to that account.

Refunds, chargebacks, and claims

Participants must direct all questions, complaints, cancellation requests, refund requests, claims, and payment disputes concerning a registration, competition, or event to the organiser. Fixture.cc has no obligation to mediate or decide disputes, contact the organiser on a participant's behalf, deliver the event, provide admission or replacement services, issue refunds, or respond to chargebacks. Stripe processing fees and the Fixture.cc platform fee might not be returned when a payment is refunded. The Fixture.cc platform fee is non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by Fixture.cc, and any retained fee does not reduce the organiser's obligation to refund a participant when a refund is legally or contractually due.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything you submit or upload, including competition names, team names, results, descriptions, links, and images. Do not submit illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, harassing, infringing, or misleading content, and do not upload personal data or private information without permission.

Access codes

Keep admin access codes private. Anyone with admin access can change results and settings or delete a competition. Fixture.cc cannot guarantee recovery if you lose access and did not configure recovery.

Public sharing

Public links are intended to be shared. Anyone with a public link can view that competition. Do not treat public pages as private storage.

Images and uploads

You may only upload images that you have the right to use. Do not upload illegal images, copyrighted material you do not control, explicit content, or images that expose someone else's personal data or private life. We may reject, remove, or replace images that do not comply with these terms or applicable law.

Generated media and third-party rights

You are solely responsible for ensuring that names, logos, emblems, photographs, trademarks, player likenesses, and other material used in generated images or videos may be lawfully reproduced and published for your intended purpose. Fixture.cc branding identifies the tool used to create the media; it does not mean that Fixture.cc endorses, represents, licenses, verifies, or is affiliated with any featured club, league, federation, player, photographer, or rights holder. You remain responsible when downloading, sharing, publishing, selling, or otherwise using generated media.

Availability

Fixture.cc is offered without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or error-free results. You should keep your own copy of important competition information.

Deletion and enforcement

Competitions may be deleted by an admin user or automatically after long inactivity. Newly created competitions without access recovery configured may also be deleted within 24 hours of creation. We may also remove, restrict, or disable access to any competition, image, or other content that we reasonably believe is abusive, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or otherwise violates these terms. We may additionally delete, without notice, any competition we reasonably identify as test or placeholder content - for example, competitions with no real teams, placeholder names, or no activity beyond initial creation. Where required or appropriate, we may preserve relevant records and report serious unlawful conduct to law enforcement or other authorities. All deletions are permanent - there is no way to recover a deleted competition or its data.

Liability

Fixture.cc is provided for convenience. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost data, incorrect schedules, missed matches, user misconfiguration, or any act or omission of an organiser, including inaccurate event information, cancellation or postponement, refusal of admission, failure to deliver the event, event quality or safety, participant injury or property loss connected with the event, organiser fraud or insolvency, refunds, chargebacks, claims, taxes, or payment-dispute outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or statutory consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use of Fixture.cc after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Report content

If you believe a competition on Fixture.cc contains illegal, abusive, infringing, or otherwise harmful content, you can report it by emailing us at report [@] fixture.cc.
