Terms and Conditions

These terms describe the basic rules for using Fixture.cc. Use the service only if you accept them.

Last updated July 13, 2026

Service

Fixture.cc provides free tools for generating and sharing fixtures, brackets, standings, public pages, QR codes, and embed widgets. The service is provided as is and may change over time.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything you submit or upload, including competition names, team names, results, descriptions, links, and images. Do not submit illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, harassing, infringing, or misleading content, and do not upload personal data or private information without permission.

Access codes

Keep admin access codes private. Anyone with admin access can change results and settings or delete a competition. Fixture.cc cannot guarantee recovery if you lose access and did not configure recovery.

Public sharing

Public links are intended to be shared. Anyone with a public link can view that competition. Do not treat public pages as private storage.

Images and uploads

You may only upload images that you have the right to use. Do not upload illegal images, copyrighted material you do not control, explicit content, or images that expose someone else's personal data or private life. We may reject, remove, or replace images that do not comply with these terms or applicable law.

Availability

Fixture.cc is offered without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or error-free results. You should keep your own copy of important competition information.

Deletion and enforcement

Competitions may be deleted by an admin user or automatically after long inactivity. Newly created competitions without access recovery configured may also be deleted within 24 hours of creation. We may also remove, restrict, or disable access to any competition, image, or other content that we reasonably believe is abusive, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or otherwise violates these terms. We may additionally delete, without notice, any competition we reasonably identify as test or placeholder content - for example, competitions with no real teams, placeholder names, or no activity beyond initial creation. Where required or appropriate, we may preserve relevant records and report serious unlawful conduct to law enforcement or other authorities. All deletions are permanent - there is no way to recover a deleted competition or its data.

Liability

Fixture.cc is provided for convenience. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for lost data, incorrect schedules, missed matches, or other losses from using the service. We are also not liable for any issues arising from user misconfiguration - including, for example, a competition being set as public when it was intended to be private.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use of Fixture.cc after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Report content

If you believe a competition on Fixture.cc contains illegal, abusive, infringing, or otherwise harmful content, you can report it by emailing us at report [@] fixture.cc. Please include the competition URL and a brief description of your concern. We review all reports and will take appropriate action, which may include removing the content or disabling access to it.
