Fixture.cc
Privacy Policy
Fixture.cc is designed to work without user accounts. This policy explains what data is stored when you create, manage, or view a competition.

Data you provide
We store the competition data you enter, such as the competition name, team names, fixtures, results, dates, scoring rules, optional public description, optional website link, and custom score-unit labels. This data is needed to run the public competition page.
Admin access
When a competition is created, Fixture.cc generates a private access code. If admin access is verified, we store an encrypted, HTTP-only cookie so the same browser can continue managing that competition. The cookie is used only for edit access.
Optional recovery
If you set up access recovery, we store a hash of your recovery email. It is never stored in plain text and is used only to verify your identity when sending a one-time code to restore admin access.
Email communications
If you provide an email address for registrations, recovery, or notifications, we may use it to send transactional emails such as registration confirmations, access recovery codes, OTP codes, and other service messages. By accepting these terms, you also give us express permission to send occasional product updates or user satisfaction requests. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the footer of our emails. We record opt-in and opt-out choices and use them to respect your preferences.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as page views, device type, approximate region, and referrers. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies and processes data according to Google's policies. We do not use Google Analytics to store competition access codes or intentionally send personal competition content to Google.
Public pages
Public competition pages are visible to anyone with the link. Do not add sensitive personal information to team names, descriptions, website links, or other public fields.
Retention and deletion
You can delete a competition from the admin page. Competitions with no admin changes for 90 days may be deleted automatically. Competitions created without access recovery configured may also be automatically deleted within 24 hours of creation. Deleted competition slugs may be recorded briefly to avoid confusing old links.
Third parties
Fixture.cc may rely on hosting infrastructure and Google Analytics. Embedded widgets load competition data from Fixture.cc when placed on another website. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for invisible bot protection on our forms. Turnstile may process request metadata to assess whether a form submission is human. No visible challenge is shown to users. For details on how Cloudflare processes data, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum: https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/turnstile-privacy-policy/
Your choices
You can avoid optional recovery, avoid adding personal information to public fields, block analytics cookies in your browser, or request removal of a competition if you control its admin access.
